Centralized IT services cover a wide range of areas necessary to support the activities of University staff. This section lists the specific services aimed at individual users, understood as technological and user support components, without delving into more complex systems such as the University Portal, the Teaching Portal, and the myPoli Intranet.

The Service Catalog is managed through a dedicated section of the myPoli 🔒 intranet portal, where University staff including faculty, PTAB, and researchers—can consult it, activate functionalities, and obtain support.

For IT services intended for students, please refer to the usual ticketing system 🔒, which will be enriched with information on IT systems and procedures.

This category includes all services related to the management of credentials and access to the University’s information systems. It covers procedures for enabling access to platforms and applications, the management of accounts and software licenses, as well as access to the network and centralized digital services.
