Thanks to artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies, Nova can understand user requests, provide contextualized responses, and guide users through daily IT-related tasks offered by the University. This section represents a concrete step toward the digitalization and automation of internal services at Politecnico di Torino, helping improve the user experience while optimizing the efficiency of technical and IT support.
